Dr. Oladimeji K Ojerinola (PhD, MNIM, FNIMN, MICIArb) is the Executive Director and Lead Consultant for Connect International Resources Ltd, Manchester, UK. He is a highly experienced educator, facilitator, and designer of transformational learning experiences. Oladimeji is accredited in Educational Leadership and Management by Qualifi and for more than 30 years has worked with senior executives for diverse industries, career shapes, and nationalities through several academic and professional programs in the UK. He obtained his doctorate in Construction and Project Management from the University of Salford. He is the Chief Executive of Connect Talent CIO and has made a significant contribution to the development and growth of hundreds of young graduates, professionals, entrepreneurs, and business executives. His teaching and mentoring are backed by years of research and experience in personal and organisation transformation. He is passionate about capacity building, career development, employability, and inclusive communities. He is a Fellow of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (FNIMN); a Full Member of the National Institute of Management of Nigeria (MNIM); a Full Member Institute of Construction Industry Arbitrators (MICIArb). He is also accredited in other professional courses and qualifications such as Action Research and Industry Engagement, Key Performance Indicators and Respect for People, Benchmarking and Cost Research, Project Management for International Development Sector, Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2 2009 Edition, OISC Level 1 in Immigration, Nationality, EEA and Asylum Law. Further to his commitment to developing overseas students and professionals in higher education sector for effective participation and contribution to the UK economy, Oladimeji is a member of British Council Trained Certified Education Agents and Advisors for international students. He represents several UK education providers in their local and overseas recruitment activities.
